Payments are handled by Creem (creem.io), our Merchant of Record, which issues your receipt and handles tax. Refunds: 30 days on business products, and on reports and plans if anything is missing or wrong — see our Refund Policy, Terms and Acceptable Use Policy. Questions: support@estimonia.com.

Where we actually are
Estimonia values a few thousand items a month, and a growing share of those owners opt in to being seen by members. That flow is early: today it is tens of items a month, not hundreds, and it is thickest in jewellery, watches and general antiques.
We would rather you knew that before paying than after. The Free plan shows you the real volume in your categories with no card, for as long as you want.
Common questions
Do you sell leads?
No. There is no per-lead price and no charge for an introduction — the membership is a flat monthly fee for access to the dashboard. We are not a party to any sale, we never handle the goods or the money, and we take no commission on what you buy or sell.
Do I get the owner's contact details?
Never directly. You see the item, the estimate, the category and the country. When you ask for an introduction we go to the owner first; details move only if they agree. That is what the owners consented to, and we hold to it.
Are the valuations authenticated?
No. They are AI estimates generated from photos the owner uploaded. Treat them as a signal about what is coming to market, not as a condition report. Authentication and due diligence remain yours.
How many logins do I get?
One per membership. Most houses on here are between one and five people, so seat management would be paperwork nobody wants. If you genuinely need several logins, tell us and we will work it out.
Why do I have to apply?
Owners are told their items are shown to vetted auction houses and dealers. We check that you are one before opening an account. It usually takes a day.
How do I cancel?
Reply to any email from us and we will cancel it the same day. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. See the Refund Policy.
