Refund Policy

1. Overview
This policy explains when and how you can get your money back for anything you buy from Estimonia. It applies to every paid product we offer, whether you are a business buying a directory placement or an individual buying a report.
Using the free AI valuation tool costs nothing and never requires payment, so nothing on this page applies to it.
2. Who Handles Your Payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You can also contact Paddle directly at paddle.net.
3. Business Subscriptions (Featured Placement, Verified Badge, Category Exclusive)
30-day money back. If you are not satisfied with a subscription in your first 30 days, tell us and we will refund that payment in full. You do not need to give a reason.
Cancelling later. You can cancel at any time. Your placement stays live until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be billed again. We do not pro-rate refunds for a partial month after the first 30 days.
If we fail to deliver. If your featured placement or verified badge is not live and visible when it should be, that is our fault, not yours. Tell us and we will either fix it and extend your period by the time you lost, or refund it in full — your choice, regardless of how long you have been a customer.
4. Seller Introductions (Leads)
A lead is a real person who asked to be introduced to a business like yours. We check each one before sending it, but we cannot promise anyone will reply to you or consign an item, and we do not charge on that basis.
We refund a lead in full if:
- The contact details are wrong or the email bounces
- It duplicates a lead you already received from us
- The item is materially different from how we described it
- The seller tells us they never asked to be contacted
Report it within 14 days of receiving the lead and we will credit or refund it. We do not refund a lead simply because the seller chose another buyer or decided not to sell — that is the normal risk of the business, and it is priced in.
5. Reports and One-Off Purchases
For paid reports (such as an estate or collection valuation report):
- Before we start: full refund, no questions.
- After delivery: if the report is incomplete, does not cover what you paid for, or contains material errors, we will correct it or refund it in full.
- We cannot refund a correctly delivered report just because you disagree with the estimated values. Valuations are informed estimates, not guarantees of sale price — this is set out in our Terms of Service.
Reports are usually delivered within two business days.
6. EU and UK Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital services without giving a reason.
Where you ask us to begin work immediately — for example, to start producing a report straight away — we will ask you to confirm that you want immediate performance and that you understand you lose the right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed. If you do not give that confirmation, we simply start after the 14 days have passed.
This section is about your statutory rights and does not limit the more generous refunds we offer above.
7. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with your order reference and what went wrong. You can also raise it directly with Paddle at paddle.net.
We reply to every refund request within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
8. Chargebacks
If something has gone wrong, please contact us first — we would much rather fix it or refund you than have you go through your bank. We have never refused a refund that this policy covers.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you bought. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date.
